Renovation of the 120 year-old Vermont American Manufacturing Facility in the heart of Louisville, KY. The building sat empty for almost 20 years and was by most accounts not a good candidate for preservation. The 54,000 SF facility was completed in two phases: 1. Wrecking the interior and stabilizing the perimeter. 2. Rebuilding the entire interior. All work was completed while maintaining the historical significance of the structure. The finished building is Angel’s Envy’s only facility and includes: Visitor Center, Distilling, Fermenting, Bottling, Grain Handling and Barrel Storage and Aging.
