Sullivan & Cozart’s work activities are as a General Contractor and Construction Manager for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings in Kentucky and Indiana. The amount of work Sullivan & Cozart performs with its own forces varies as to type of projects, but generally averages 30% of the total contract amount and includes supervision, excavation, concrete work, carpentry and installation of vendor items.
